​To make the most of my time, I built a system that combines priority-based to-do lists, time blocking, and time tracking. This approach keeps me focused, efficient, and constantly improving.​​​​

To-Do Lists

  • Utilization: Categorize tasks in Notion, highlight priorities, and plan the night before

  • Results: Clear daily direction, reduced decision fatigue, and focused execution

Time Blocking

  • Utilization: Pull tasks from my Notion list, estimate durations, and schedule them into Google Calendar the night before

  • Results: Forces realistic planning, minimized distractions, and proactive productivity

Time Tracking

  • Utilization: Track time in Toggl, compare planned vs. actual, and adjust weekly Calendar the night before

  • Results: Greater accountability, sharper self-awareness, and continuous optimization
